I needed an oil change. I called and was sent to like 15 different people and put on hold each time. They didn’t seem to understand the drop off and pick up either. Buyer beware! I’m appalled with this business and I don’t want anyone else to go through what we have. We purchased a used vehicle from them in August, and the vehicle has been in the shop for more almost the entire time since we purchased it. it has a severe safety issue where it shuts down while driving it, sometimes at high speeds. Just purchased a 2020 Ford Mustang convertible from Pocaro Ford in Racine. I highly recommend this dealership. The salesman, Thomas was awesome as well as the financial guy Coltrane. They offered the car at a fair price & even agreed to deliver it 2 1/2 hours away. The manager delivered the car himself. Very pleased with the entire process & highly recommend Porcaro Ford.
The car was great but when I got home I noticed the back tires were shot, My local dealer would never let a car off the lot with bad tires that need replacing someone missed the ball on that inspection

I was unaware that your business was open on Sundays so it was a surprise to see the open sign and I scooted in just before they closed. They greeted me with a smile and certainly we can do your car and gave me the kind of attention and Service I’m accustomed to. They didn’t rush things. Steve Paulson was a no pressure salesman. 1st thing I liked. Then he let me drive the truck alone (again no pressure). Then the buying and paperwork with Coltrane Apostle was seamless. I usually hem and haw for weeks. I knew close to what I wanted and Porcaro's made it easy. 2 hrs from walking in to driving out. I'd go back to Porcaro's.

Recently got an oil change and tire rotation done on my car. Manny and Mike were awesome. They were short handed that day and they didn’t let that bother them. They gave exceptional customer service and went over everything with me. They also didn’t pressure me to buy additional items like other places. I highly recommend the team there. Will be back again.
Oil change was quick, but to find out lug nuts would be destroyed was alarming. Would not complete tire rotation and brake inspection. $250 to replace $30 worth lugs nuts is extortion. Ford know issue, should be cover by Ford.
Absolutely the best dealership you can go to that won't screw you over or play games unlike Honda. Thank you Thomas Platt and Coltrane for all your help getting the deal done quick and easy!! Highly recommended to go through these guys if need a new or used vehicle.

I have had an intermittent horn failure, I had the vehicle in at several dealers, Porcaro was the only shop to resolve the issue.
Went in looking at a used Ford Ranger. Both the salesman Chris and the Finance manager Coletrane were more than excellent to deal with. They made the process quick and painless and got me a better rate than my pre-approval through the same bank my approval was through. They were not pushy at all and at the end of the day wanted to suit my needs. Awesome experience and I wouldn't hesitate to work with again.

Good bunch of guys at this shop. Actually enjoyed spending time talking with my sales person Josh and the others. Love my new ('used') car. Only somewhat disappointing was getting less for my trade-in than I'd hoped. Their online trade-in value generator was not very accurate. Bottom line though, I got an awesome car for a great price.

Worked with Chris as salesman. Told him what we wanted, he was smooth fast and honest about everything. Spoke with dan and he understood what we were looking for and ideally what we wanted, he worked swiftly to get everything finished! All in all great customer service.
Josh did a great job of servicing the customer, me! I also appreciated Dan’s support through the process, and chatting with Mark Porcaro. After dealing with so many shifty dealers over the years, the experience was truly refreshing!

My mom who is 85 years old had a few issues with her vehicle (her issues, not the car). I travel quite extensively and had trouble getting to her to help. Michelle and Caleb ( the service tech) went above and beyond to help mount with the mobile service process. The tech even delivered my mother’s keys and garage remote back to her in her apartment when the service was completed. Could one ask for more? NOPE!
