2024 Ford Bronco Engine Options

The 2.3L EcoBoost I4 engine is standard for all trims except the Wildtrak®, Raptor®, and Heritage Limited Edition: 

  • 275 hp, 315 lb-ft of torque
  • Maximum trailering capacity (two/four-door): 3,500 pounds
  • Maximum payload capacity (two/four-door): 1,243 pounds / 1,453 pounds 

2.7 EcoBoost V6

The 2.7L EcoBoost V6 is standard for the Wildtrak® and Heritage Limited Edition trims, unavailable for the Everglades® and Raptor® trims, and optional for all others:

  • 315 hp, 410 lb-ft of torque
  • Maximum trailering capacity (two/four-door): 3,500 pounds
  • Maximum payload capacity (two/four-door): 1,071 pounds / 1,225 pounds

2024 Ford Bronco Raptor Engine

The Ford flagship Bronco, the Raptor® is well-deserving of special attention (and the MSRP it commands!), and this extends to the 3.0L Ecoboost V6 engine that powers it:

3.0L EcoBoost V6

  • 418 hp, 440 lb-ft of torque
  • Paired w/ 10-speed automatic transmission
  • Maximum trailering capacity (two/four-door): 4,500 pounds
  • Maximum payload capacity (two/four-door): 1,155 pounds

When combined with other features like the ones listed below, the Raptor® comes into its own as an off-roading powerhouse ready to tear up any trail beyond Kenosha!

Despite the Ford Bronco’s off-roading prowess, all the available Ford Bronco engine options are reasonably fuel-efficient.
